Didn't expect much at first, but the fit is way more comfortable than the cheap ones I've tried before. Having three in the bundle means there's always a clean one ready, which honestly makes it easier to stick with.

The three rings in the pack mean I can keep one in my gym bag, one by the bed, and one in the drawer without scrambling for a wash between uses. They fit snugly without pinching, and the extra supply actually makes me more consistent with wearing them. Honestly, the convenience alone is worth it for

The sizing options on these rings give a snug but comfortable fit, and having three in the pack means I always have a clean one ready when needed. Took a few tries to get the right one for me, but once I did, the difference in staying power was noticeable.
