We are excited to announce that MYHIXEL is collaborating with the renowned Dr. Joel Kaplan to bring you a specially designed vacuum pump.
Dr. Joel Kaplan, PHD, has empowered men with the best tools to be a hero from the bedroom to the boardroom for over 30 years.
This innovative product is crafted to improve and maintain erections, ensuring better sexual health and well-being for men.
The collaboration with Dr. Kaplan shows in the build quality—the cylinder feels sturdy and the seal holds tight without any awkward fumbling. I’ve only used it a handful of times, but the smooth, controlled vacuum action makes the whole session feel deliberate and safe.
The pump's vacuum gauge is easy to read mid-use, so I can monitor pressure without guessing. The collaborating doctor's design clearly shows in the thoughtful build quality—it feels like a proper tool, not a toy. Honestly, that peace of mind alone was worth the money.
The silicone sleeve fits snugly enough that I didn’t have to fiddle with it mid-session, and the pump’s pressure gauge made it easy to stay in a comfortable range. I’ve used it every other day for a couple weeks now, and the build feels solid enough that I’m not worried about it wearing out anytime
